ETICRUE is an Australian-based women's streetwear brand specialising in limited and curated fashion drops. Our products may be produced in limited quantities and are subject to availability.

Because ETICRUE produces limited drops, certain products, sizes or colourways may sell out quickly.
PRICING
All prices displayed on the ETICRUE website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors or inaccuracies.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.
You should receive an order confirmation after placing your order.
In limited circumstances, an order may need to be cancelled, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or fraudulent activity is suspected.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers available through our Shopify store.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
SHIPPING
ETICRUE currently ships within Australia only.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
Orders are shipped using Australia Post.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may receive ETICRUE store credit in accordance with that policy.
Nothing in our returns policy or these Terms removes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
